How Each Service Begins
Every piece, regardless of service type, begins with the same starting point: a non-invasive visual and physical assessment. This is not a commitment to work — it is how we form an accurate estimate.
Once the assessment is complete, we provide a written estimate covering the full anticipated scope and cost. Work begins only after you have reviewed and agreed. Nothing is assumed.
Assessment
Non-invasive inspection at no charge. We evaluate condition, identify issues, determine scope.
Written Estimate
Full scope and cost in writing. No hidden additions; any changes require discussion and agreement.
Work & Updates
Work proceeds with periodic updates. Photos shared at key stages for refurbishment and overhaul.
Return with Documentation
Your piece is returned with a record of work completed. Chronograph overhauls include a full condition report.
Service 01
Vintage Wristwatch Refurbishment
A considered, end-to-end refurbishment for wristwatches from the mid-twentieth century onwards. The process begins with a non-invasive assessment, followed by a written estimate before any work proceeds. Refurbishment may include movement service, dial cleaning where appropriate, hand re-luming, and case detailing that respects original wear marks rather than removing them. Our workshop in Chiang Mai favors patience over haste — most pieces stay with us for five to eight weeks. Owners receive periodic updates with photographs.

Service 02
Quartz Movement Service & Battery Replacement
A straightforward service for quartz wristwatches, including battery replacement, gasket inspection, case cleaning, and a basic movement check. For pieces with unusual cell sizes or older Japanese movements, we keep a stock of less common batteries and modules. The service is suitable for daily-wear watches that have begun to lose time or have stopped between battery changes. Same-week turnaround for most pieces.

Service 03
Complete Chronograph Overhaul
A specialist overhaul for mechanical chronographs, addressing both the timekeeping movement and the chronograph mechanism. Work includes full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, replacement of worn components such as clutch springs and column wheel parts where needed, lubrication, and timing across multiple positions. We work with Valjoux, Lemania, and selected in-house calibers. A written report accompanies the returned timepiece.
